26 Madagascar Extract Exclusive Grade and 10 Gourmet Grade A/B

Our beans are traditionally grown using the bourbon curing method to develop robust vanilla flavor. The entire process is labor-intensive that takes around 6 to 9 months and all credit goes to our farmers who have turned vanilla processing into a true art. Our beans are meticulously checked for quality assurance throughout the curing process, and as they journey from Madagascar to the United States. First, the pods are thoroughly inspected at harvesting by our experienced farmers. Another series of inspection is done during the step-wise curing process. A further inspection is done before sealing the product for transport and to check that no mold has developed. Upon receipt of the beans in our warehouse in the United States, another inspection is done. The final inspection is done before packing the beans into the individual SKUs
